5″ FPV / M5 shaft (5–7″): prop hub dimensions
The fit dimensions PropShaper uses for drone and RC propellers on this mount, with the sources behind them. Open it in the studio to design a propeller around this hub and export an STL for printing.

Fit notes
Plain ø5.0 mm bore over an M5 threaded motor shaft, retained by a nylock prop nut. 6.8 mm hub height matches the Gemfan 51466 reference. Hub OD 13 matches HQProp/Ethix 5″ props. Budget: hub height + a 6 mm M5 nylock must fit the 12 to 13.5 mm of shaft above the bell.

Every dimension stays editable in the studio, so you can adjust the bore or add a set screw to match your own hardware. Printed props are prototypes: check the fit on the bench and spin them up behind a guard.
