Plain English: what we actually collect, where it lives, and how to get rid of it.
Our hosting provider supplies an IP-derived country code to enforce regional availability restrictions. This check does not request your device’s precise location. Requests identified as originating in Iran or Russia are denied under our service availability policy.
Designs. Saved cloud designs are stored in a Neon Postgres database, keyed to your account ID. Device-local saves stay in your browser and never leave it.
Hangar shares. Sharing to the Hangar requires signing in. Each share (name, parameters, the pilot name you choose) is stored with your account ID. Public shares are listed publicly with the pilot name you choose; unlisted shares are reachable only by their link. You can delete your shares from the Hangar panel.
Account. If you sign in, Clerk handles authentication (email or Google) and stores your email and sign-in metadata. See Clerk's privacy policy.
Payments. Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe; card details go to Stripe, never to us. We store your Stripe customer ID and plan against your account. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Analytics. Google Analytics 4 runs on the site (cookies; your IP is processed by Google). We use it for aggregate product usage only. See Google's privacy policy. Our own internal and test traffic is excluded from these numbers.
Hosting. The site and its APIs run on Vercel, which processes request logs (IP, user agent) to serve the site. See Vercel's privacy policy.
No ads, no selling or renting data, no newsletter unless you explicitly join one, no tracking beyond the services listed above. The public API requires no account and stores nothing about you beyond ordinary server logs.
Delete designs and Hangar shares in-app at any time. "Delete account" in the Hangar panel removes your cloud designs, your Hangar shares, cancels any subscription and deletes your sign-in account. If anything goes wrong, email hello@propshaper.com.
