Fliteboard drive (standard fixed prop): prop hub dimensions
The fit dimensions PropShaper uses for e-foil and boat propellers on this mount, with the sources behind them. Open it in the studio to design a propeller around this hub and export an STL for printing.

| Drive slot | 5.2 mm wide × 5.8 mm deep across the front face |
| Front counterbore | ø11 mm × 21 mm deep |

Fit notes
Fliteboard-compatible drive interface: ø48.2 front (motor-side) face tapering aft to ø20.6 over 38.0 mm, front shaft bore ø11.0×21.0 into an ø8.5 shaft section, a 5.2 mm slot 5.8 deep across the front face for the drive pin (the prop slides on over the pin), and an ø18×8 pocket at the nose for the M8 nyloc. Face-slot pin drive confirmed on the standard fixed prop; the free-spinning and folding props may use a different interface. Fixed printed blades (no folding mechanism). Front face = thrust side (+Z). Not affiliated with Fliteboard — verify fit against your own drive before printing.

Every dimension stays editable in the studio, so you can adjust the bore or add a set screw to match your own hardware. Printed props are prototypes: check the fit on the bench and spin them up behind a guard.
